Meet Blue Snoogles

This is Blue Snoogles (also known as "Little New Bird"). She is a parakeet. Blue Snoogles is afraid of almost everything. She plays very aggressively with her toys all day long, but does not like coming out of her cage. Blurd taught Blue Snoogles how to talk. Blue Snoogles now says, "Good morning" and "pretty bird."

I recently brought home a friend for Blue Snoogles. Her friend's name is Roo (gender currently unknown). Roo is also a parakeet. I do not currently have a picture of Roo, but Roo is bright yellow.

Meet Blurd

This is Blurd. She is my Senegal Parrot. She is about four years old. Her favorite food is carrot. She also loves almonds, bananas, and safflower seeds. She can talk! She says, "Good morning," "Hello," "Pretty bird," and "Blurdie." She also whistles and imitates various noises around my house (like my squeaky door knob). I am teaching her to say "I love you" (I'll keep you posted on that progress). She is a sucker for head rubs and wooden chew toys. Be careful though, she is very territorial and has a mean bite.

My original purpose of creating this blog is to meet a requirement for my Information Systems course.

I am a junior at Boston University's School of Management. This semester's project is called the "New Product Development" project.
